Upon arrival, there is free street parking in front of the hotel and a small parking lot behind the building. You can follow the blue arrows to find the parking lot!

While your pet/s settle/s in, relax in our lobby with complimentary snacks and drinks. Browse our curated vendor display featuring products we personally use and recommend for our own rabbits. Anything from the “DONATE” section will be matched 200% and can go home with you right away!

Safe, science-based rabbit and small pet boarding in our Long Beach facility. Your pets stays in spacious accommodations with daily enrichment, exercise, and personalized care.
Retreat (Bonding)
Professional rabbit bonding services using behavioral science techniques. We've successfully bonded countless rabbit pairs, trios and more, including our own LBC Buns.
Spa Day (Mobile Grooming)
Mobile grooming services throughout Long Beach, LA, and Orange County. We come to you for nail trims, scent gland cleaning, and full grooming packages.
OutPatient Clinic (Medical Boarding)
Specialized care for rabbits recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions. We work directly with your exotic veterinarian.

Do you accept walk-ins?
No, all services are by appointment only. This allows us to give each pet and family our full attention, while also giving current guests a quieter environment.
How quickly will you respond?
We typically respond within 48-72 hours via email. Text messages often receive faster responses (within 4-6 hours) than emails.
Do you offer emergency services?
We are not an medical emergency facility. For rabbit emergencies, please visit our Exotic Veterinary Hospitals page for 24/7 emergency care options.
Can I tour your facility?
Yes! We would love to schedule a tour with you. We also host open houses every now and then.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please review our cancellation policies and contact us as soon as possible.
Do you work with rescue organizations?
Yes! We're active volunteers with Long Beach Animal Care Services, Los Angeles Animal Services, and Save SomeBunny Sanctuary despite not being a rescue ourselves. We also offer a volunteer discount program for active rabbit rescue volunteers.
Can I volunteer at BCB?
We are so touched that you want to help! Bun Chia Burrow operates as a professional facility and we are not able to bring on volunteers - it is a liability and professional boundary we hold carefully for the protection of everyone in our care, including our guests.
