The Burrow Spa Day

Bunnies are beautiful souls all day everyday.
But because we’ve domesticated them, they need a little bit of help trimming their nails,
cleaning scent glands, and brushing off excess hair*. Because travelling can be stressful, let us come to you!

We will pamper your rabbit/s for an hour and a half, so you don’t have to groom for another 4-8 weeks. (All services can be scheduled a la carte.)
We use a variety of brushes that are appropriate for your rabbit’s fur type.

We sanitize and wash all grooming tools between clients using Rescue, the standard cleanser used at most, if not all, veterinarian clinics + UV Sterilizer for 60 minutes.

All spa bunnies will receive complimentary treats from popular small businesses like BunnymadeNYC and Buttercup’s Bunny Boutique.

We are now accepting appointments for all 7 days of the week from 10am to 4pm.

How many rabbits do you have and what is their approximate weight/s so we can generate a quote for you?

Please check the boxes for the services your rabbit requires. Nails, glands and ears are a 15 minute service (each), while a deep fur groom is 1 hour long. Fur grooming prices vary according to weight. If you have more than one rabbit, please submit multiple reservations (cannot be simultaneous, will require a different appointment).

How long is Burrow Spa Day? How far will you travel?

Your rabbit’s grooming session depends on the service/s you choose: nails / glands / ears only [15 minutes], any combination of 2 for nails, glands and ears [30 minutes], fur brushing only [1 hour], brushing + 1 of nails / glands /ears [75 minutes] or all four [90 minutes].

We will travel to you as long as you are within a 50 mile radius to the 90803 zip code. Please contact us if you are not within range and we will either direct you to another service provider or make accommodations.

What do I need to do to book a Burrow Spa Day?

We will have you complete a client intake packet and submit a $20 refundable deposit at the time of booking. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you can do so / receive your deposit back as long as it is 24 hours before your appointment. Returning guests will be asked to complete a release of responsibility form for each appointment.

Can I schedule a Spa Day for my rabbits on StayCation?

Yes, at your request, a Spa Day full groom (fur, nails, glands and ears) can be included at $75/rabbit (regardless of weight). You will be asked to complete a release of responsibility form in addition to your StayCation intake packet.

Can I schedule a Spa Day for my rabbits on Retreat?

Unfortunately no, as we ask that rabbits going on Retreat will be already groomed and ready. There is a 20% discount to all services if you utilize our Spa Day services prior to the Retreat.
